Managing Director
Sean Nunan
Sean has over 25 years experience structuring, financing and investing in social infrastructure and renewable energy projects which have had a high impact on their respective communities. This includes leading the financing on 15 major HAFF projects for Community Housing Provider clients. Sean experience includes as a Managing Director for Macquarie Group and a Director of ABN AMRO's Infrastructure Capital Team. Sean was previously a director of Australia's second largest Community Housing Provider, Housing Choices Australia.

Jim Theodore
Jim was a partner at Herbert Smith Freehills for nearly 40 years and is currently a Senior Adviser with the firm. Jim has numerous decades of experience across greenfield infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally. This has been with a focus on social infrastructure, including health, public services, public utilities, energy, transport, and water projects, as an advisor for both private investors and Governments.

Simone Rouse
Simone is a Partner & Head of Portfolio Solutions & Responsible Investing at Mutual Wealth – leading a range of services, including Responsible Investing and associated portfolio offering across all asset classes. Prior to this, Simone was Head of Investment Management for UBS Australia and Head of Portfolio Management with a major Australian wealth manager. Simone's earlier career was in equity research and institutional sales.

HR Director
Louise Popp
Louise Popp is the Principal of Chrysalis HR, which has been supporting Cloverleaf since 2023. In practise, Louise acts as Cloverleaf's HR Director. A significant component of Louise's career was spent in HR for major financial institutions, including circa 10 years with Commonwealth Bank of Australia and 5 years with AIG.

Barmak Amini
Barmak is the Managing Director of H Capital, a family office. Prior to this he was the Chief of Staff to Australia’s Housing Minister and Assistant Treasurer of Australia. Barmak’s career includes infrastructure investment and asset management roles with Hastings Funds Management and Victorian Funds Management Corporation and in project financing with Macquarie Capital across multiple jurisdictions and infrastructure assets.

Mark Pratt
Mark is a senior funds management executive having successfully grown Australian Unity's real estate investment platform into a leading property funds management and development business over his 13 years as their Executive General Manager. He is currently an Executive Director of Harvest Hospitality; a leading hospitality investment manager and operator. He is also an experienced director with a focus on funds management.
