Cloverleaf Impact Capital is a long-term social-impact infrastructure investor. We combine equality and equity in our investments

CAPITAL

We invest equity and mezzanine debt in Community Housing and Energy Transition projects. These projects must:

​

  • create a social impact for the communities they are delivered in; and

​

  • earn minimum hurdle rates of returns commensurate with the project risk.

We are driven to make a social impact in Community Housing and Decarbonisation (or Energy Transition). We find we best achieve this by ensuring our partners remain focussed on the strategic opportunity at hand. We also bring a competitive drive to help win or make a project feasible.

DEBT STRUCTURING AND ARRANGING

A project's capital structure either cohesively works together or contains financing risk. We cohesively structure the "capital stack" to bring certainty of finance and achieve the most  competitive cost of funds.
